{"id":2,"date":"2012-03-23T09:55:02","date_gmt":"2012-03-23T09:55:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.fusion.ciemat.es\/eps\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2024-09-19T11:37:46","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T10:37:46","slug":"awards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The EPS Plasma Physics Division bestows various prestigious awards at its annual <a href=\"http:\/\/fusionwiki.ciemat.es\/wiki\/European_Physical_Society_Conference_on_Plasma_Physics\">EPS Conference on Plasma Physics<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <a title=\"Alfv\u00e9n Prize\" href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/alfven-prize\/\">Alfv\u00e9n Prize<\/a>, since 2000,<\/li>\n<li>the <a title=\"Innovation Award\" href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/innovation-award\/\">Innovation Prize<\/a>, since 2008,<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/2024\/01\/24\/eps-ppcf-sylvie-jacquemot-early-career-prize\/\">Jacquemot Prize<\/a>, since 2024,<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/itoh-project-prize\/\">Kyushu University Itoh Project Prize<\/a>, since 2005<\/li>\n<li>and the <a title=\"PhD Research Award\" href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/phd-research-award\/\">PhD Research Award<\/a>, since 2005.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a title=\"Poster Prizes\" href=\"http:\/\/plasma.ciemat.es\/eps\/awards\/poster-prizes\/\">Student Poster Prizes<\/a>, sponsored by PPCF, the EPS Plasma Physics Division and IUPAP C16, are also awarded to PhD students.
